"Damn Yankees" - Fall Musical
November 5, 7 & 8, 2009
Middle-aged baseball fanatic Joe Boyd trades his soul to the devil (the charming but devious Mr. Applegate) for a chance to lead his favorite team to victory in the pennant race against the New York Yankees. As young baseball sensation Joe Hardy, he transforms the hapless Washington Senators into a winning team, only to realize the true worth of the life (and wife) he's left behind. With the help of a handy escape clause and a guilt-ridden temptress named Lola, Joe outsmarts Applegate, returns to his former self, and shepherds the Senators to the World Series.

"Up the Down Staircase" - Spring Play
March 26-28, 2010
"Up the Down Staircase" was written by Bel Kaufman in the 1960’s and became a play in 1969. Sylvia Barrett, a new English teacher in a large over-crowded understaffed high school, finds herself the most involved person in the school. She is involved in the start of a romance and in a near war with a discipline-over-everything administrator, but most of all involved in the unexpected, sometimes hilarious, and sometimes heartbreaking problems of her students. Underneath the comedy there’s a real concern on the part of the faculty and students to teach and to be taught.
