A Note from the Principal . . .
Welcome to the St. Angela Center! At the St. Angela Center, our 4th and 5th grade students are literally getting higher in their Catholic education, as it is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the original St. Angela's Academy. The building is full of history that helps our students and teachers better understand their roots.
The large, spacious classrooms allow for a great learning environment for our children. Our St. Angela students have numerous educational opportunities at their fingertips. We have installed Promethean Interactive Whiteboards in EVERY classroom, which, along with the ActivExpressions response systems, make every lesson truly interactive. The St. Angela Center also houses a computer lab with over 20 desktop computers, 2 mobile computer labs with numerous lap tops, a large Art room, a Music room which contains many Orff instruments for creating music, a Spanish room to allow for a K-12 Spanish curriculum, and a library that is used on a regular basis by our students.
Students in the St. Angela Center also have many opportunities to strengthen their faith through weekly liturgies with the Holy Spirit students, religion courses on a daily basis, and a Chapel available for student use. Perhaps the biggest way that our students can strengthen their faith is by serving as Catholic role models for our Holy Spirit students as Mass servers and leaders of the living rosary.
Thank you for visiting our website. Please call or come visit our school to learn more about us.
Mr. Ted Garringer
Elementary Principal
