Registration 2018-19

Welcome to the 2018-19 School Year! Registration is underway. In efforts to better serve our busy Kuemper families, we have streamlined the registration process to give you 3 options to return your completed school registration information:  1. Email: registration 2. Postal mail: Kuemper Catholic School, Attn: Registrar, 109 S. Clark Street, Carroll, IA 51401 3. Walk in registration on August 1st  from 2:00p.m. - 6:30p.m.       


Student/ Family Information
Review your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus, you can edit and update your contact information, emergency contacts, or address changes in the portal.

Food Service Information
This can be viewed and payments can be made online in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. The free and reduced lunch application needs to be printed, filled out, signed, and returned. Smart Tuition will be sending information in late July regarding your 2018-2019 tuition billing, if you have questions about your tuition account or Smart Tuitioncontact the business office (712)792-3313.

Athletes in Grades 7-12
Athletic Registration is online through rSchool, use the Athletic Registration link.
Sports Participation Fees (for each activity - $60 high school/ $45 for middle school) payments are made through Smart Tuition.

Go to the Busing webpage to register for either Carroll Community Busing (those living in the CCSD) or Kuemper busing on the North and West Bus Routes.

Important Back to School Dates

Walk-In Registration
Wednesday, August 1, 2:00pm-6:30pm,High School Cafeteria
This is an optional day for families as forms can be turned in via mail or email. However, it is a great time to talk face-to-face with staff about any questions regarding your accounts, log-in information, activity/athletic registration, etc. We are happy to help! Preschool parents do not need to attend because all preschool registration has been completed earlier this year through Carroll Community School. 

New Family Orientation—NEW!
Wednesday, August 1, 7:00pm, High School Cafeteria
This event is catered to families who are transferring to Kuemper from a different school; however, all families are welcome to attend if desired! This is a question-answer presentation in which families learn about day-to-day operations of the school including, but not limited to: drop-off and pick-up routines, how to check your child’s grades online, how to pay lunch, dress code, what to wear on casual days, etc. This is also a great opportunity for new kindergarten parents!

Open House & Family Fun Knight for K-12th Grade!
Tuesday, August 21
Open House only from 5:00-6:30pm
Family Fun Knight from 5:30-8:00pm
Families with students in optional kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to visit their classrooms between 5:00-6:30pm to drop off school supplies and meet teachers. Families can then join the fun on the Holy Spirit playground for food, music, and activities! Preschool students will have their open house on a different day and will be notified later in August with more information.

Freshman Orientation
Wednesday, August 22, 1:30pm-3:30pm
Incoming freshman will have a chance to find their classrooms, lockers, and get ready for their transition into high school. More information to come for these students.

6th Grade Orientation
Wednesday, August 22, 1:00pm-3:30pm
Incoming 6th graders will have a chance to find their classrooms, lockers, and get ready for their transition into middle school. More information to come for these students.
