Parish Verification is a parish-driven initiative. If you have questions, please get in touch with your pastor or the church office. Kuemper will not give a reduction in tuition unless a signed form or online verification is provided by the church. The In-Diocese form value is $500. It is at the discretion of the pastor to grant the reduction in tuition. If you are Non-Catholic or attend a church outside of the Sioux City Diocese, it is up to the family to approach their church or pastor and ask for financial assistance; it does not have to be $500.
The form verifies your PARTICIPATION in your parish. Our local parishes (those in the Sioux City Diocese) pay assessments (money) to Kuemper to help pay for your child's education. If the pastor verifies your participation at your parish, then the participating parishioner rate is granted. The pastor may decide to meet with the family to verify the answers you gave on your form.
- Catholic families who live in the Sioux City Diocese have two ways to submit this form:
- Use the form in this packet - Meet with your pastor and have them sign and stamp the form. Then, return to the school office.
- Fill out the Google Form - Pastors will verify and sign off on each family.
- Non-Catholic or Catholic families who live outside the Sioux City Diocese may take the form to your church and request financial assistance from your religious institution to be applied to your tuition balance.
